This corner of Woodbury marries the rustic charm of an Italian kitchen with a welcoming atmosphere that feels both familiar and a little special. The walls and tables seem to quietly hold stories of shared celebrations and quiet moments alike, with strains of occasional live music gently weaving into the background during weekends—adding a layer of warmth to the already inviting setting.
Gia Nina's offers more than just pizza; it serves experiences layered with thoughtful touches. You might find yourself drawn to a perfectly balanced Margherita pizza, where the fresh mozzarella melts just so over a tender crust, or perhaps a seasonal salad that carries the subtle vibrancy of fresh local ingredients. There’s an easy comfort in dishes like veal parmigiana or seafood lasagna that feel homemade yet refined, inviting you to slow down and enjoy each bite. It’s also a place that understands the pleasure of pairing good food with a bottle of wine you bring in yourself, adding a personalized note to the evening’s rhythm.
The vibe is unpretentious but considered, where attentive service feels instinctively part of the fabric rather than a formality. Patrons often linger, enjoying the company and the quiet calm that stretches comfortably across the tables. In this way, Gia Nina’s isn’t just a stop for dinner—it’s a gathering point where local flavors and authentic hospitality blend into something deeply inviting and quietly joyful.

While very unassuming from the outside, once inside, you enter into peace and serenity. The service is excellent. The food selection has something for everyone. The food is delicious. Wonderful dining experience

Ordered 2 dinners, seafood lasagna and veal parm. Both came with salad We had Caesar which was fresh and tasty not saturated with dressing. Very good. Also got cup of crab bisque- served hot, was tasty but not quite enough seasoning. My husband really liked his seafood lasagna. My veal parm was good and the pasta was cooked well. Just missing a little seasoning.

Best linguine and clams I’ve had in 15 years! My husband’s lobster ravioli tasted fresh. Love a BYOB. The inside was cozy and there must be live music on the weekend. A handful of people at a local winery raved about this place so my husband and I made a point to check it out. So happy we did, would definitely recommend!

What a great place! Delicious pizza and tastefully decorated for the holidays. Got two salads and a 1/2 mushroom, 1/2 peppers and onions to go. Crust was perfect and the balance of ingredients, sauce and cheese hit the spot

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked into Gia Nina’s, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming—soft lighting, cozy decor, and accessible seating. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed or crowded. I was here for three hours just catching up with a former teacher of mine whose become family, and Gia Nina's made us feel like family. Our server, Christian, was absolutely incredible. Truly one of the kindest souls and most attentive servers I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure every part of my meal was celiac safe, double-checking ingredients and making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. When you live with dietary restrictions, that kind of attention means everything, and Christian deserves the highest praise for it. As for the food— i had the gluten free Alfredo Penne with grilled chicken and broccoli. Vanilla ice cream for dessert was so creamy! I could tell it was homemade. Delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every bite was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and the portions were generous enough that I left with leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch (or maybe tonight’s dinner ). If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, a relaxing vibe, and staff who genuinely care, Gia Nina’s is it. Five stars all the way.
